I hope I can jump in here. I just joined WW today and need to lose about 30 pounds. I've tried everything else, so I am hoping having to go to meetings makes a difference.

I don't think I posted from my WI this past Wednesday. I was down 3 more pounds. I wasn't expecting that much. 6.4 total in 2 weeks since rejoining meetings. So far this week has been a little off but not awful. I'm hoping some nice clean days between now and WI will help me see a loss again.

Wow, 6.4 in 2 weeks is great!
This week I lost 3.8lbs, I was very excited!

It has for me. I have been battling with my weight for a few years now, after having been thin my whole life. Even with working out & changing diet, the WW meetings definitely help me!

Gained 0.7 this week...a little disappointed, but have to move on. I'm pretty sure this week will be a gain being I went completely off WW this weekend..., but I'll workout like a mad woman to at least stay the same.
Congrats to all that have lost! Love seeing numbers like that!

I just joined WW again on Friday, so far I'm only doing ok with following, by next week I should be back on the ball. I lost 65lbs a few years ago on WW and now I rejoined b/c i gained 74lbs while pg with my son who is 8 weeks old!
