This comment worries me. Couldn't your DH get introuble too knowing he didn't take the class and is expecting a discount for just paying the money?
I know this whole thing is crazy and it sucks you have to go through it, but Caller A told him to send in the money and he will just apply the discount. Why would an insurance company do that? I would have questioned it at that moment.
Not sure! But new person also told DH that.
