I don't think it's going to matter who the tears are for. If it does bother you that much though, how about just standing in the back of the room? That way you get to pay your respects and maybe that will help you deal with your emotions for your grandmother?

I have a hard time at funerals after losing my parents a while back. I think most people expect others to get upset at funerals, so I doubt anyone will know why you are crying. I also think anyone who has experienced loss realizes that funerals can drag up a lot of emotion for many people.
