Re: Xpost from multiples board: breastfeeding advice
Not a twin mommy, but... I always had one boob that produced more than the other when I pumped. But when DD BFed she ate for just about the same amount of time on each... pumping isn't as efficient as BFing so they will most likely be getting more when they BF. You'll know if they are still hungry.
As for them sharing a boob, I wouldn't worry about it. If anything just use a wipe in between.

FM Jenna. I know she BF'ed her boys for a year or more
Hands down it was the HARDEST thing I ever did. I had major supply issues and my DD was in the NICU for a week so I'm sure that had something to do with the lack of supply. I only made it 3 weeks.
Are you a member of the Nassau Co. Twins Club (you don't have to live in Nassau). They have a member who was the queen of BF twins I think she is a LeLeche member.
In hindsight I wish I had consulted a LC specializing in BF twins.

I too always had one boob that made way more milk. I would just switch them on and off. Your babies are so new that your body hasn't figured out exactly how much milk it needs to make yet anyway. Your body will totally adjust based on the demand.
As far as gersm go, I wouldn't worry about that at all.
