Yet another daycare holiday gift question

DD goes to a family-group day care setting (mixed ages in a house-style setting, although it isn't anyone's actual home.) 3 days per week. It is owned by two women who are the primary caretakers and who are there the majority of the time. At least twice per week, another woman comes in the afternoon to cover for one of the owners. I know there is another younger girl who comes at times too to help out, but I've never met her, and I was told that she isn't generally there on the days that my DD attends.

What do you think is an appropriate gift for each of the owners and the part-time staff member? They take wonderful care of my daughter, and absolutely love her.

My DD also goes to an in-home, family group daycare. There are two providers there at all times...the owner and her assistant. Last year I gave each of them a $50 GC. I think this year I am going to do the same but was also thinking of giving each of them an edible gift of some sort.

I was a licensed provider for years. Most people give cash or gift cards. I would give 50-100 for each primary care giver. Than something smaller 20-25 for the others you don't know well.

This is what i would do.

My DD has so many teachers and just moved up to the next class that it's making it so complicated. I would love to give a really generous gift to three of them and smaller gifts to the others that don't have DD as much, but I don't know that I can afford to. There are probably 10 teachers to buy for and i also have her OT therapist to give to. And I want to give the owner a really nice gift because she goes above and beyond with DD.

I think I would do $50 gc for the two main workers, and a $10 gc (Starbucks, DD, Target) for the other 2 women.
