My advice...
If I was in your position I would convert to IUI (and I have been, but unfortunately I can't convert.....no tubes so I have been canceled)...next cycle they will tweak your protocol and hopefully you can get more eggs, especially since you were not a poor responder last time
Good luck with your decision...its a tough one
