yogurt melts- Milk protein allergy
Ds is 14 months old and has/had a milk protein allergy since day 1. He also has/had a severe soy allergy. At his 12 month well check, he was still having severe issues with soy, so the pedi kept him on Elecare. I hadn't even tried him with dairy at that point. He has been able to eat crackers and cookies that have either milk or soy in them and hasn't had any issues. Been about 1 month since his last flare up! I was going to start him with some yogurt n Monday, but I came across a bag of yogurt melts and tried them. He gobbled up half the bag!!! Now I just have to wait and see if they are going to bother him. Usually takes 2 days of him eating something with soy in it for that to bother him. I would hate to give it to him again and have it bother him, but I don't know what else to do...Should I give them to him again tomorrow. Or wait a day or two?

Re: yogurt melts- Milk protein allergy
imo, those things are so processed its almost fake yogurt, the allergens are probably non-existent
I would try real yogurt, try plain fat free first, it should be the easiest on the tummy.
