Re: yogurt question
I have been feeding DS plain, whole milk Greek yogurt. Oh, and he loves, loves, loves it.
Why did your Dr say Vanilla only? Did he say that there was anything wrong with plain yogurt?

I use the same.
I use Yobaby when its on sale or I have a coupon cause he loves it...Its organic and the sugar is from fruit...
But the Trader Joes is only $2.99 for a large container and I just add my own fruit...

Re: yogurt question
Ok, I'm clueless once again here. Do you give the yogurt in place of a fruit/veggie at the meal, or an additional snack during the day?
DD is 7 months and ped said we could start yogurt w/her, but I didn't know how often or if it should be a meal on it's own, etc.
