Made this for dinner and it was awesome!

Plate of mixed greens (or whatever lettuce you like)
Wasabi Peas
Red Onion
Baked, cubed butternut squash (bought re-cubed) sprinkled with cayenne, salt and pepper.
Baked Salmon Filet (on same sheet as squash).
Citrus vinaigrette. Could use anything you like).

Sooooo yummy, healthy, and filling!
