Me too! Today was hard because it’s my nieces sweet 16 but I woke my @ss up early to do it.

I did a 30 minute low impact workout from The Body Project. I really like their videos!

I like that video! Today I walked almost 4.5 miles. Some in the morning and some at night. I also did 10 mins of ab work and yesterday I walked 3 miles with my dog. Tomorrow I hope to jog a bit and do a little upper body.

Today I completed day 62 of 80 Day Obsession on Beachbody! I really love this program!

Wow! 6 miles-great. Today I jogged/walked 3 miles again. Resting my legs tomorrow and I have a busy day at work. Not sure what I am squeezing in tomorrow yet. Day 62 of 80 sounds great. Keep the thread going!

this thread is making me feel like a sloth.
i did nothing, this past weekend.

hopefully, i'll do better this week.

Ate Wendy's for lunch and then deep fried oreos for dessert after dinner.
And did zero exercise. I have no desire to walk for miles ,it's just so boring to me.
It's a wonder I"m still alive.

But yesterday I was hung over and tired, that I laid in bed all day. So I definitely made up for the lack of slacking during the week. Total bum, so much for my 30 minutes a day for 30 days challenge, failed in week 1.Chat Icon

i feel ya.
after all the weight i've lost, i'm still 20-25 from goal and i can't get my head out of my azz long enough to make it happen.

i know that for weight loss to work for me, i need to move... not just diet. since all classes are closed, i'm failing miserably. i'm toying with signing up for Kaisa Mobility

I've been having weird health issues so I'm trying to take it easy, but I've been walking on my treadmill - just fast enough so my heart rate is up, but nothing too crazy.

I have to walk my high energy dog or he will drive me crazy and the exercise definitely helps with work stress and helps me sleep. That being said-I did nothing today besides work. But I am committed to doing some form of physical activity tomorrow!

I walked my sisters dog yesterday and that was a workout. Little sucker is strong!

Massive Core is a cardio circuit that has high impact exercises: Power knees, short prints. It's the way they name some of these exercises in the app I use.

Nice work on the HIIT, the Youtube videos always make me sweat like crazy.

I have to take it easy but still make sure I do something everyday so I make sure to walk on the treadmill for about 30 minutes. I also have the Peloton app and recently realized that they have a ton of yoga and meditation - so I’ve been doing those the past 2 days.

i've recently discovered Body Project on youtube.

i'm loving their videos/workouts.

this morning, i overslept and was still able to get in a quick 10-minute workout before heading to work.

so far, they're all low-impact and fun

I signed up for a virtual run and completed it. Ordered a cute medal they had. I joined their Facebook group and have been using it as motivation some days. I am trying to jog a few days per week. I also joined weight watchers online.

I've thought about doing a virtual run. I keep seeing cute ones in my FB feed (like a Harry Potter or Disney theme).
