Invisalign

What has been your experience with Invisalign? Around how much does it cost? I had braces as a teen but i have one tooth that has shifted and it bothers me cosmetically. Wondering if this may be a good option to have it fixed.

I’m pretty happy with Invisalign but there are some things you should know. You may need to have attachments on your teeth that help with the movement so it’s not like you take your trays out and have nothing there. The attachments are tiny and they match your teeth. Sometimes I just can’t wait to get them removed, though. I was at the end of my treatment plan and one tooth hadn’t completely moved into place. Invisalign will continue to work with you. This was such a minor little complaint that I wasn’t even sure I wanted to deal with it. For that small change, I got 8 more trays. I usually change trays every 2 weeks, so it’s an extra 16 weeks of treatment. This part is optional but I may as well do it. I can try to change trays every week if I want to get through faster. I don’t even remember how much I paid but there is no charge for the extra trays. All in all, I am happy but ready to be done.
