Plastic Surgery for Cellulite?
Is there such a thing? Diet and exercise alone are just not cutting it, especially now that I’m getting older. I don’t know if I’d even go through with it, I’m just curious what the options are. Please feel free to private message me if you prefer!

Re: Plastic Surgery for Cellulite?
There are laser treatments and I also read about a more invasive procedure where they go in and cut the bands that hold the fat in that dimply Honeycutt patter so it smooths out. And I guess liposuction would be am option too

Re: Plastic Surgery for Cellulite?
This is what I read....
Cellfina is a more recent procedure compared with Cellulaze which was cleared by the FDA in 2012. Cellulaze is a laser device and uses heat energy to cut the connective bands. Cellfina uses a microblade. Cellulaze is also said to support collagen production and improve skin elasticity.
Cellfina has a lower cost, fewer risks and complications, and results appear to last longer. Since Cellfina is still relatively new, doctors have different experience and preferences. The jury is still out on which procedure is better.

Re: Plastic Surgery for Cellulite?
Thank you! I wish I could be one of those people who could rock a bathing suit with confidence, but I just can’t. I’m going to do a bit of research on these procedures, I’ve never even heard of them before.

Re: Plastic Surgery for Cellulite?
I have a shit ton of cellulite too. It's actually pretty disturbing. I'm not really one for cosmetic procedures though because I'm a nervous wreck plus the money factor. I do find that Sally Hansen Airbrush legs, the cream version, really helps to camouflage it. I will put it all the way up my legs right up to under my bathing suit bottom when wearing a bathing suit

Plastic Surgery for Cellulite?
i have two relatives who do cool sculpting. one of said relatives is an RN and she SWEARS by it. it's not immediate results, it takes a bit of time for your body to process what was done.

Does this drip a color or wear off once you go in a pool?

It's water proof and to be honest you kind of have to scrub it off in the shower with a wash cloth... so it doesn't just run off the second water hits it. If you are in the pool for a long period of time, or the water is highly chlorinated, I do notice it coming off faster. Just like when I do a spray tan, I notice the tan fades super fast when I go in a chlorinated pool. But for the most part this stuff holds up pretty well

Re: Plastic Surgery for Cellulite?
This is great to know......Have to purchase this baby.
Thankfully, most pools I do go in are salt so I guess that's a PLUS.

It really gives your legs a great tan too... and better than self tanner because it's a leg makeup- so instead of just tanning the hair follicles and large pores and imperfections, it covers them. I always found using self tanner on my legs always looked awful- because it kind of just sunk into everything and highlighted it- I have big hair follicles on my legs so the tanner just darkened them. This stuff just smoothes it all out- like Barbie doll legs
