New job search advice
Hi, I am a former poster (but can't seem to get into my old account). After working remotely during the pandemic, I saw how much work/life balance it brought me, so I am now looking for a new job where I can be fully remote or at least work from home a few days a week. I have a few interviews coming up for jobs that are all or partially remote, however I may have a potential health issue which will require possible surgery and time off (but I am unsure just yet). Would you still pursue the job(s) and see what happens? Or would it be wiser to just stay where I'm at?

New job search advice
I would definitely go on the interviews - nothing to lose by seeing what they have to say. After that, see what the time frame is - some intervew processes can take weeks, some months. If you are offered a job you want, and surgery is imminent, talk to them about it then. But no harm in starting with the interviews to see what happens
