Anyone ever have plastic surgery?
Just for fun/out of curiosity…
I had a breast reduction (covered by insurance) a few months ago and couldn’t be happier with the results. Now that’s over with and I see the wonders of plastic surgery I am thinking about a tummy tuck. Surgery and anesthesia don’t scare me but the recovery does.

Re: Anyone ever have plastic surgery?
No only because I am the same - the recovery scares the crap out of me. I would love to get a boob job because my boobs are so much bigger post pregnancy and they are saggy. Nothing a bra can't fix but I'd like them to look a little more like what they looked like prepregnancy!

Re: Anyone ever have plastic surgery?
I'm way too afraid of doctors and hospitals and all things medical to do anything elective. I barely go when it's medically necessary I have severe medical anxiety. Plastic surgery is not an option for me.

Anyone ever have plastic surgery?
I had breast reduction the end of February, also covered my insurance. Surgery itself was great & my dr was amazing…..all the after effects were horrible! I am in no rush to get anymore surgery. I will live vicariously through anyone who gets a tummy tuck!
ETA: I am happy with the results from my surgery!

Re: Anyone ever have plastic surgery?
It's funny you mentioned this because I've been getting a lot of ads on my instagram feed for laser lipo. I want to get my lower stomach done because I feel like I have a shelf from where my c-section scar is.... just went on WW so I am going to see if losing some weight helps any, but idk... I would only do it if the cost is not too insane and the recovery time is not long, I can't afford to take off for a week and plus I have 3 kids... hard to stay still lol.

Anyone ever have plastic surgery?
Was it hard getting the reduction covered by insurance? I really want a reduction. My neck is always killing me, I have grooves in my shoulders and they make it hard to take a deep breath.

I was wondering this too. My boobs are probably not big enough to qualify - I am probably a solid C cup, maybe a small D. I'd like to be a full B and nothing more!

Every insurance is different but documentation is essential. I had back pain and rashes underneath that wouldn’t resolve. I had to collect letters from several providers but everyone was very accommodating (GP, gyno, dermo). It took about three months for me from start to surgery.
Insurance also requires a minimum amount removed in order for coverage. So going from a c to a d might be possible if you’re very petite.

Re: Anyone ever have plastic surgery?
I'm a G cup
I honestly want to get a double mastectomy as a cancer prevention procedure as my mom had breast cancer twice.
I figure it's not a matter if, just a matter when.

Anyone ever have plastic surgery?
I was a K cup—- and I’m not talking about Keurig coffee pods!! Lol! Had my consult with the plastic surgeon Jan 19 and had my surgery Feb 27th. My insurance company moved rather quickly which was surprising. Got whatever documentation I needed and plastic surgeon submitted everything. I have no idea what I am now. I am still wearing sports bras. All I know is that they removed 11 pounds off my chest. Will venture out in the next few weeks to see what bra size I am now. I told him I wanted to be around a D.

Re: Anyone ever have plastic surgery?
I'm so envious of you girls who had breast reduction.
I’m hoping to have it done in the near future.

Yeah I probably only would want like 25% off. Probably not enough. And if I'm being honest it's more cosmetic than any actual issue.
