Penne a la Vodka Question
I was going to make a tray of penne a la vodka for the superbowl to go with the heros. Now, can I make this the night before and just heat it up the day of? Does it still taste as good or should I just make the sauce the night before and then make the pasta fresh right before we eat it and then mix it with the sauce. Any suggestions?

in my experience, penne a la vodka doesnt re heat very well..
i would make the sauce and store it in the fridge or freezer and while heating it up, make the pasta so it is all nice and fresh.

I made it for my daughters christening.
I would make the sauce ahead of time and make the pasta right before you are ready to serve it.
That is what I did and it came out perfect
