I hate you, fresh mozzarella cheese!
My DH was so wonderful and brought home fresh Mozzarella from the place that I LOVE it from (Salpino's in Wantagh). Well, considering I only had 8 points left for dinner and ate a good 4 ounces of it, I think it is safe to say that I either 1) go hungry for the rest of the night or 2) go over points more than I have already done for the week.
That's the last time THAT will be coming into the house on a weekday!

yummm Fresh Mozzerella....Some Ripe tomatoes, a Little Balsamic and some italian bread - ugh.......Thats soo good
