What do the soon2b mommies do for work?
I know some may be going back after the baby and some may not but what do you all do?
This may be a repost but I never got to see it! 
Me: Insurance- "like a good neighbor" company. Desk job so working till my water breaks!

me: college professor full time at Hofstra and an adjunct (one class) at NYU. NYU ends two weeks before baby comes and my due date is the last day of classes at Hofstra. I have a nice long summer and then will go back to teaching in late august at my new school - Manhattan College!

I am a Paralegal practicing medical malpractice and personal injury law. I will be working until 1 week before the c-section date & will return about 11 weeks later.

I'm a jewelry buyer for a local retailer.
I *think* I'm going back to work full time after the baby- but I might switch it to part time.

Me too!!
I am working until April 20th (due May 3rd), then I will have 6 (or 8) weeks on STD, then I have 21 days sick and vacation time that I am going to use.
And HOPEFULLY I will be getting a new job since all I do lately is complain about this one

I'm an Events Coordinator at a local non-profit. It's mostly a desk job, so I'll be here until the end! And then I'm coming back  I love my job, just wish I could stay home with  .

I am in sales. I am a senior account executive at a medium size company in NYC. Because of my vent that I just posted I'll leave the industry out because I don't want to offend anyone.
I commute to NYC from Lindenhurst so I'll probably stop working a week or so before my due date.

coordinator for large pharmaceutical company.... but company policy is to take leave 3 wks b4 due date.
so i'll be doing that
but I'm not going to return.

I am in magazine publishing - the business side. Hopefully I will have a job to come back to
(Nothing to do with my PG, the company is resturcturing for the 4th time in 3 years & there are rumours that my department might be outsourced.)

I'm an engineer. I'm basically behind a desk all day so I'm here till the end. Then I have 8-10 weeks before I have to go back

I am a sales rep for a payroll company.
Very flexible schedule and I live in my territory, which is about a 6 mile radius (Brooklyn). So it won't be too hard to go back to work.

I have a boring gov't job so I planning on working until the end. I expect to take up to a year off though (mostly unpaid, of course )

I'm a consultant for the college board. It was nice working my own hours, but I'm thinking that maybe I should go back to FT in the fall?

I'm a real estate agent - so I basically work from home, and technically won't really get any maternity leave I'll just do whatever I can whenever I can.
I had a house inspection this morning and decided that I can even bring the baby with me to those - since I just sit at the kitchen table writing up "To Do" lists!
