I cannot see, smell or even stand to hear the word mayo...it makes me sick...literally gag.
I also have food texture issues. I'm weird.

Not so much of a food issue but I am OCD about my place setting. Whether we are home or at the diner, I have to arrange the silverware,napkin,glass ...y ada yada like Emily Post would. My grandma must be so proud of me, I have taken on her insane trait.

Not sure I have any. I won't eat certain foods, like sushi or mushrooms, and I can't eat my meat if there is any pink in it. It must be well, even a filet.
Ok, I guess I do have some issues

I can't have two starches any where near each other on my plate. Rolls with dinner is a no no for me especially if there is rice or potatoes involved.
I hate burritos becasue I can't see eating the rice with the tortilla..yuck.
Yup..I need therapy.

Once I get my food no one can touch it. This includes drinks. As a kid I hated when my friends assumed they could take a sip of my coke out of the can. Once they did, I just let them have the rest.

I skeeve all foods with seeds that you eat, like tomatoes, eggplant, cucumbers, etc. I will eat all of them, but only after scraping every seed out and analyzin each bite!

Also, nothing can be slimy - like when we heat up a veggie burger, and its a little slimy because it was unfrozen from being heated up....

I can't have a glass of milk by itself. I need something with it.
I can't mix foods together...they are all entitled to their own plates.
I have some really strange issues...here we go.
I hate carrots except if they are in soup.

I cannot stand the smell of mushrooms cooking. They are banned in my home and my family knows if they plan on cooking them, do it before I get there or I'll get sick. I remember as a kid running out of my Grandmothers house on Sunday's if she cooked mushrooms, sitting on the stoop like a loser until the smell left the house.

I hate ketchup. If it touches ANYTHING, I will not eat it even if it is a a minute speck. I hate the smell of it. ESPECIALLY the smell of ketchup on eggs.....it makes me nauseous .
Yet....and go figure........ I LOVE BBQ sauce It's ketchup bases I know.....but I use it in place of on burgers & fries!

I can't stand hamburgers and I will not kiss DH after he eats one. All I can think about is little pieces of chopped meat floating around his mouth....
I love orange juice after eating chocolate.
ETA- Mac and cheese. I cannot eat it, I cannot look at it and I cannot be in the same room as someone eating it. I got sick, not once, but twice from mac and cheese. Runny cheese has the same effects of me.

Wow.. I thought that was just me. I also feel the same about watching people eat ice-cream. The slurping off the spoon make me want to gag.

I HATE the smell of microwave popped popcorn. It makes me gag when people pop it at work.
I will only eat oranges and apples if someone cuts and peels them for me.

Mine is similar. But, in addition to what you said, I have to eat each thing at a time. First the meat, then the veggies, then the potatoe. I can't have a piece of meat with a veggie on the fort. Or I can't have a piece of meat, then a piece of veggie. No veggies till the meat's gone.
I have the exact same quirk!

No one is allowed to eat seafood near, around or adjacent to my plate. If they do, I set up barricades of glasses, napkins, menus...whatever, to avoid any seafood splashes onto my dish.
I should adapt your philosophy—I'm highly allergic to seafood. I usually just stress over cross contamination like a utensil going from seafood, to something I eat. I drive my mom, my sister and anyone else who might be cooking for me, crazy!

I have to look at every bite before I put it in my mouth. I thought everyone did this but my husband disagrees.
Also, I don't really like eating outside because of flies. I can't focus on a conversation sometimes because I'm watching where the flies are landing.
