OH MY GOD..having a PANIC ATTACK!
Help girsl! I just got my delivery from Kraupner's Pharmacy of ALL the meds/injections to begin my IVF cycle SOON. I cannot believe all that I am looking at. How am I supposed to know what to do with all of this? Will my injection class which I have scheduled for December 9 put me at ease? I feel so lost right now seeing all these meds and not having a clue when to take what. how much of it. etc. I did get a pamphlet a while ago at my IVF consult that explains things but in a GENERAL way and I believe everone is different.
Any insight, words of wisdom, advice on where to begin??
PS. Can you believe I got two boxes of something called ESTRADERM and they put someone else's sticker on it with their information. HOW SCARY. Now I have to call the pharmacy in the morning to see if this was meant to be for me or not. What do you all think?

You will be told exactly how much of each thing to take after each visit to the RE. I'm not sure who you are seeing - some leave you a voice mail message and some do e-mail. Either way it will be explained pretty clearly.
The injection class will also help with making things clearer. Any questions, just ask the staff - they are generally extremely helpful.
I would guess the Estraderm is for you...you'll have to take some form of Estrogen through your cycle.
Don't worry - it seems extremely intimidating at first, but you will get used to it quickly.

It is overwhelming but once you take your injection class and get the procedure you will be OK.

The injection class will definitely help. Taking notes is a great idea and will give you something to refer to. Remember, you should always be able to call your doctor and ask questions, in case you are confused about something or want something re-explained. Don't worry!
