Need help in wording something

there is a very good possibility that I will need to turn down a job that I accepted and signed an offer for.

I am totally dreading making the call! I feel as though I at least OWE it to them to call, rather than sending an email.

how would you word something like this?

I would say something to the effect of while you appreciate the opportunity they have given you, your cirumstances have changed and you don't feel it would be in your best interest, or theirs, for you to accept the offer after all. I would not say anything about the details behind why. It's a business decision on your part and you don't owe them anything beyond a basic explanation. FM me if you need more help with the wording. I personally wouldn't start a job and then quit a couple of days later, especially knowing you are going to quit.

ITA - I'd just add a thank you for the opportunity into this.
