Britax carseat owners
Here's my problem...my DS has figured out that if he reaches down to the little silver metal piece and leans forward he can loosen the straps! Twice already I've looked back and the straps are dangling off of him. I had to pull over yesterday to re-tighten the straps. When I put him in the straps are as tight as I can get them without strangling him. Has anyone else had this problem? What can I do? I was thinking I could use a safety pin to keep the fabric over the strap, but that would be a PITA every time I put him in and need to adjust the straps. I have the Marathon if that makes a difference. Help!

Oh yes, same here. It's annoying to no end, because DS takes it upon himself to tell me its too tight and loosen it himself, while I am driving!. I told him that mommy doesn't need a ticket from the police officer and he better not do it It pretty much works on him, but he's 3-1/2.

Re: Britax carseat owners
I had the same issue with DD
I rolled up the strap and tucked inside then made sure the velcro part covered it tight. out of sight out of mind. She doesn't pull on it anymore.
My 2nd DD's newer marathon-thank goodness they changed the design!
