Workout DVDs for Moms?

Does anyone have DVD recommendations for new moms? It would be a plus if this is something I could do with DS, though he's probably too young now. Our short walks aren't cutting it, and I really need to workout more.

I didn't have a child but my sister used Karyne Steben DVD"The perfect postnatal workout" and she loved it
