When you go to the gym do you get extremely red after your workout?
I always do. Then, even when I shower, I am still red. It's so annoying becasue EVERYONE feels the need to comment. Even people at the gym. HELLO...I just worked out! that's why I'm red. NO it is NOT sunburn
Then, I go to work and everyone asks me what's wrong? Do I have to tell you every single day that I just got back from the gym. come on, people.

I'm always red after working out. Face, arms, legs. And it takes a while for me to get back to my normal color.

Yes!! I'm bright red... I've actually had a trainer in a cardio class tell me to sit the rest out because she thought I looked like I was going to pass out.

ok well it happened again last night! I was running on the treadmill and someone next to me was like are you ok?? I was Yes I'm running thanks for breaking my pace. It is so annoying!
