30 min treadmill or 30 day shred
I have been doing the 30 day shred level 11 for about 3 weeks now - some days I just dont want to do it and run / walk fast on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
I am trying to lose my last 5 pounds fast so need the most effective short term weight loss formula I can find...so what do you think will drop the pounds quicker - the cardio / strength combo or the treadmill?
Oh and I only have a max of 30mins a day to work out.

If you've been doing Level I for 3 weeks already..........definitely go to Level II. You gotta keep giving your body the challenge.

mix it up...do level III and then level II the next day and then run a few miles the next day....keep challenging your body.

Thanks...I did the DVD today and will try level 3 tomorrow and see how that goes
