Cookware

Can you recommend your cookware? Is there a set you love or did you just mix and match? My nonstick is flaking off so I don't want to use it anymore. It was Calphalon but I don't think I'll buy that brand again. It's less than 2 years old.

I'd love to hear about stainless steel users too or any others. TIA!Chat Icon

Re: Cookware

im really into cooking and i entertain alot ...I use Technique Hard Anodized II from QVC they are inexpensive and i actually like them better than more of the expensive sets out there.. they are not extremly heavy and they go from stovetop to oven up to 500 degrees and are NSF certified .. i find the stainless pans are nice but i use them more for searing

I also have a few pieces of Technique cookware from QVC that I love. I mix a lot of my pots. I also have calphalon, cooks essentials (also from qvc) and a few others.

Re: Cookware

I use technique from QVC and I just went to the Corning outlet in Carle Place and got there brand , I needed a suate pan. I saved a lot of $$ at the Corning outlet.. The QVC pots/pans are good quality and are a good price. HTH
