I have one. Brace yourself....
It cost $1,000. Luckily my insurance paid 80% of that.
I had another one years ago, cost at least $500.

I had one. My insurance paid for most of it but it was still pricy. Truthfully, I found it uncomfortable and didn't cut down on the grinding at all. I started meditating before bed and I grind much less then I use too.

one thing that helped me BIG time with my TMJ was completely cutting caffeine out of my life...
Can never remember WHICH - but caffeine suffocates blood cells (white or red, not sure)...and those blood cells are the ones that travel through your jaw...and when they are suffocating, they can't travel as well and the clicking is worse..
If i have a weekend where i drink a lot of pepsi for whatever reason - my jaw ALWAYS pays for it...
