I have rheumatoid arthritis and back issues, and I did wear heels Saturday. I am on my RA meds and prednisone, and I cannot for the life of me figure out to make my knee stop hurting. I took pain meds, anti-inflammatories, elevated it, wore proper footwear...nothing! My doc doesn't seem to have an answer either...help! Chat Icon
