going through changes
How old do you normally start going through them? Can you start going through them at age 39? Just curious. Thanks

Its not unheard of but most likely its what's called pre-menopausal...at least my doc told me that. where your body is getting ready to go through menopause\

Re: going through changes
I have not been "right" since I've been about 38 (I'm 41 now). My mom was completely finished with her "changes" by the time she was in her late 40's, and I know it takes about 10 years, so I'm guessing I might be beginning.
