I use the children's medical group but in the Bayside office (same doctors just different office).
I've been happy with them...my favorite doctors have been Dr. Capilupi and Dr. Millington (husband and wife) but they are all good.

I use Children Medical group in Plainview. I have been waiting to get out of this practice for a while. The only 2 Peds I like are Dr. Fell and Dr Hogan. I don't like the others. With Dr. Cohen, you will get a lecture on ANY topics. It's really annoying. I had found another PED from another practice but they stopped taking my insurance. So I am back with them. Their staff office was a bit too "casual" at some point and this is one of the main reason I wanted to leave. Yet, latelly, it's getting a lot better. Their after hour service is VERY good. They will call you within 30 minutes max depending on the reason for your call. When DS was only 6 months, they actually had Shneider hospital call me back within minutes.
I have heard greats things from Dr. Shapiro in the other practice you mentioned.

I have been using Pediatric Health Associates for almost 4 years and would recommend them.

We use Renna, Saschs, Shapiro and Davis. My daughter primarily sees Dr. Shapiro but I have been very happy with everyone at the pratice overall. The only downside is that they use Schneider's for after-hours emergency calls but someone from the practice can always be paged if you don't feel comfortable after talking to the Dr. from Schneider's. Hope that helps.

I was not crazy about this practice, It really had to do with the staff , they were not great, and not really that pleasant, I felt like the office was dingy, not a kid friendly place. I wound up switching to Prohealth when my DS was 5 weeks
doctor Hogan is very nice though

I use Kidfixers in Syosset. Dr. Mesibov and Dr. Altman were actually my doctors as a child and we have been thrilled with them now that my son goes there. They are wonderful.
