Ok update on my story about the Bit**** I work with...

They are working on moving the troubled people around, don't know how yet...I spoke to my boss yesterday and told her I CANNOT watch these girls ANYMORE! How they treat these kids! She is trying to move me to a preschool room, because there is a spot where some other teacher is leaving...I hope this happens. I believe that THESE girls WILL get what's coming to them! sorry so long

I think I remember your initial post, and wish you luck. It really, really sucks to work in an environment like that.

Is applying elsewhere an option? Or even opening your own childcare business in your home or elsewhere?

I'm a social worker and I know several who do what I do independently on their own now, because they just couldn't deal with the BS that goes on with so many co-workers at agencies on a daily basis.
