Donation of furniture and large tv
Does anyone know how I can donate furniture and a large tv and have them picked up at my house?
Big Brothers Big Sisters will only take small household items.

My parents are donating a couch to the Vietnam Vets organization. I couldn't find the number for the organization.
I believe Salvation Army will also take furniture. Call 1-800-SA-TRUCK.

You can contact your local firehouse to see if they'd be interested. I'm sure they'd pick it up also.
