healing after d&C
I had my D&C this past friday. How long should expect to have bleeding? Also how long did it take for AF to come back?

First, I just wanted to say I am sorry for your loss.
The bleeding lasted a little over a week after the d&c. I am 5 weeks, 1 day since and still waiting for AF

I'm sorry you are going through this. I felt pretty good after my D&C, I bled for probably 4 weeks and AF came maybe 6-7 weeks later. I got pregnant again really quickly, maybe 8-9 weeks later. Good luck to you!

With my D&C, I bled for about a week, and got AF 6 weeks later...

I'm so sorry for your loss and what you are going through!!!
I did not go through the D&C myself...but i believe they say average will get AF in 4-6 wk and up tp 8 weeks.

So sorry for your loss.
I had my d&c 3 weeks ago, I really didn't bleed that much after. I had some spotting that started a week later and lasted for about a week. I am still waiting for AF to arrive, my doc says 4-6 weeks is the norm.

everyone is different, just keep track of your symptoms etc and if things seem weird check with your doc.

So sorry for your lost. I had my D&C on the 10th and I am still spotting. Doctor said everyone is different. The spotting can last for two weeks. My 1st m/c I only bleed for two days with two days of light bleeding. I got AF at 5 weeks.
