If you found termites during inspection...
and were seeking a regular mortgage loan (non FHA) did the bank require the seller to pay for any damage or the buyer?

normally the seller repairs the damage or pays the buyer the reasonable amount for the damage. I havent seent he lending insitution really come into play in that arena
