I haven't because I haven't found it yet, but my Mom, brother and two friends have so far. They all went to a private doctor.

DH & I got it last weekend at a clinic on the East side of NYC. For us, we had to get it to protect our newborn son

I got mine last week as did dh. Ds got his a mont ago. We were assured it is just as safe as the seasonal flu shot.

Obviously nothing is 100% guaranteed to be completely safe. There is always going to be the small chance of a side effect. But you weigh your risks. THe H1N1 vaccine is said to be just as safe as the seasonal flu shot.
For me and my family, we thought the risk of getting the swine flu just was not worth it and my DS, DH and myself (while pregnant) have all received our vaccinations.
I don't think so many of us would have chosen to get the shot if we didn't feel it was safe KWIM?
