? about progesterone cream
Someone recommended trying a natural progesterone cream, and I am wondering if this helps to cause ovulation. AF is so irregular and I was wondering if this helps her get back on schedule?

I *think* it can be used for a variety of reasons. I was using progesterone cream to help lengthen my luteal phase and keep my progesterone up during that time. So I guess that could help regulate AF as well.

I used progesterone cream when I first started TTC and noticed a short LP, but it really didn't help.
If you are looking to regulate your cycle, try Chaseberry (Vitex) extract which you can get at The Vitamin Shoppe.
