Bathroom remodel...vanities/sinks?
We will be doing our bathroom over in the next 3 months. Can you tell me where you've all gotten your new vanities/sinks?
I want a few different pricing options in case we run over on other portions of the renovation.

We went to Consumers and got the vanity/sink, mirror and overjohn. It cost about $1000

ours are still in the boxes so i have no pictures but we went to consumers for vanity, medicine cabinet with lights, and overjohn for about 1500, high end, taller vanity, undermount sink and soft close doors and drawers, then counter top was separate but i dont remember how much, and i think for that they were a little pricey

We went to Consumers for Vanity and Medicine Chest.
I went to Blackman for all my plumbing & fixtures and then somewhere else for countertop and tile.

One we got at Home Depot off the shelf, and the other we had custom made at Home Depot. I have to say that we're not happy with the quality of the custom-ordered one, so I wouldnt recommend you go with that.

we got ours at Lowe's.. it was a complete set with a granite top.. we just installed it over the weekend.. it looks awesome!

We ordered our vanity and linen closet from Home Depot (now seeing the post above, I'm concerned!) but we did go with all plywood construction so it should be good quality.
Porcelains (tub, sink, toilet) and fixtures we got from Central Islip Plumbing.
Medicine cabinet from Home Depot (made our own custom recessed 45" cabinet with 3 single cabinets).
Tile from a wholesale warehouse that DH is a member of. I saw the same tile at Alita.
Counter top, we'll be "shopping" for this weekend at a place DH knows of.

We did Kraftmaid custom from Home Depot. Very happy. My BIL has used them for his kitchen and bathroom and the quailty was great.
We havent installed ours yet but do have all the cabinets in our house already.
Ours was pricy but I wanted it to look nice and I wanted certain features including a linen closet. We figure we are never doing this bathroom again we didnt mind spend a little more.
Tile was from Cancos - go there either way just because they have a ton of displays so it can give you some ideas.

Ours is actually from Ikea (pics in album) and we get compliments on it all the time - especially the sink! We're very happy with them.

Also check out Consumers in their scratch/dent section....my parents found one with a scratch on the side that was hidden by the wall and it was CHEAP!!!
