Work Dilemma
My DH started a new job on Monday (he was laid off from his previous position). Yesterday, he was contacted by another company to interview for a great position. Being that he just started a new job, he can't take any time off and he has no breaks (he eats lunch at his desk, etc). He would only be available to interview before or after his work hours and on the weekends.
Has anyone been in a similar position and if so, how have you handled it?
TIA!

Lol - some sort of medical emergency was the only thing I could come up with, too.

Re: Work Dilemma
Use a medical emergency. He can always get some random Dr. to write him a note from a walk in clinic. I have done this more time them I'm proud to admit!!

Re: Work Dilemma
Yup. Medical emergencies are good if you can't get them to inteview before or after work.
Or if you can schedule it either in the morning or late in the day and say that you need to leave early/come in late because of work on your/SO's car or something.
