Temping
Can anyone explain how it works, i want to start just to get to know my body better...

pretty much you have to buy a basal body thermometer.
Take your temp every morning at the same time as soon as you wake up (make sure it is after atleast 3 full hrs of sleep)
Record each day and enter your info on fertilityfriend.com (thats where I do mine) and its free.
Then the site will be able to tell you if and when you ovulated and other stuff

What she said! And when you join fertility friend they will actually send you through email tutorials everyday for 20 days on how to temp and chart.
