Not at all. I hate hand sanitizer. I think it's phony and just a "masker".... I would never use sanitizer in lieu of good old soap and water.
I agree, I still use it sometimes after I wash my hands. But i would rather use soap and water, I still think that is best.

Here at work we have the Hand Sanitizers installed next to the sinks. When I'm in there and I see women use the rest room and then come out and only do that, it skeeves me out!  I can't see choosing that over soap and water if it's available! You can't tell me that the sanitizer gets "stuff" off your hands like soap and water.  GROSS!

no way....washing your hands with warm water and soap washes away the germs, it's the combination of the soap and the action...
The sanitizers are good as a backup though.
