I have six days until my c section and I still sleep on my belly. I just pile up the pillows for cushion and it's the only time I get sleep without my sciatic nerve killing me, or my heartburn killing me, etc...

As long as you like you can sleep any way you want to, as long as it's comfortable for you. Belly, back, side...trust me you'll get to a point where you'll be so big that you will sleep any way you can because sleeping will be so hard to do at all.

My best sleep is that way and by 16wks or so....I couldnt do it anymore!

I'm sleeping any which way possible. I'm really only trying to avoid sleeping on my back. I'm almost 20 weeks.

I stopped at 16.5 weeks because I felt my DD pushing up against the mattress! That was enough of a sign for me!
