Termite/Bug Inspection & Contract - Need recommendations

So, we got a letter in the mail to sign with Home Sweet Home Termite/Bug Inspection for $90/quarterly. We had been using them since we bought the house, but realized they hadn't billed us since January 2009 and had never visited the house last year.

Our house has had previous termite damage, so we feel it prudent to continue treatment to be on the safe side. We have thos circular traps around the perimeter of the houe that the inspectors check for activity.

Anyhow....we want recommendations for other companies that people use for their termite/bug inspections/contracts. And if you are willing to share cost (vis here or FM), it would be greatly appreciated!!!

I don't recommend some one unless they exceed my expectations. This is one of the companies I watch grow since 1990.
