TMJ?
does anyone have experience? I have symptoms that seem to come and go, mainly just soreness on the left side and the inability to open my mouth more than half way. how can i ease this? what has worked for you? Chewing is painful  
what are common treatments?

I saw an oral surgeon cause the pain got so bad at times and he prescribed a muscle relaxers.
also don't chew gum, eat bagels, steak and any other chewy, tough foods.
