Anyone have Lupus?
How were you diagnosed?

my mom has lupus. She had these huge welts on her chest that came out one summer from being in the sun. That whole summer her skin got progressively worse (arms, torso, etc). We thought that she might have had skin cancer. She was a HUGE sun person. When she finally went to the dr. they ran tons of test and found out it was lupus. Besides the skin reaction to the sun she didn't have really any other symptoms. Now she has joint pain, tiredness, and cannot go out in the sun without sunscreen or her skin gets these lesions. She has been dx with lupus for about 15 yrs. now.
