NSUH and Empire insurance
ok, Im not even pregnant (yet) but I have a question about insurance at North Shore....I have Empire through my husband and my gyn takes my insurance but he delivers at NSUH which I was told does not accept Empire anymore. What happens when your dr delivers at a hospital that doesnt take your insurance? Is this a big problem, bc I would rather find out now rather than later.

Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield???
I'm giving birth there & have been admitted a few times to the hospital throughout my pregnancy...I have not paid for anything - with the exception of a $25 ER co-pay.
