Ovulation Pains/CM
What cycle day does everyone notice thier EWCM and ovulation pains? Also, is it really EWCM or does it just leave a residue? I can't remember what mine used to be like before my m/c... I don't even know if they pains I'm feeling are ovulation pains or gas Oh the mind games my body is playing with me!

Use OPKs. Everyone is different. I get CM a few days prior to O and pains the day before I O according to the OPKs. You can also get pains during or after O.

EWCM on CD 17... along with a pain on my left side. Today Im a few days before O.. and I have rediculous cramps so I have no idea what the heck is going on. Maybe it's the fertility tea Im drinking???
