Ricotta cheese...
I may or may not eat it directly from the container when I make baked ziti....
I LOVE IT!!!!! But then again, I love all kinds of cheese.

I tried to make a blackberry and ricotta parfait for Loey but he HATED IT!! You, on the other hand, probably would have loved it

Ricotta cheese with a little bit of honey mixed in and then spread on an English Muffin, slice of Italian bread...yum! It is soooo good!
