saliva and sperm
So i was reading an article and it said that saliva reduces sperm count! Thought some of you girls might wanna hold back on some activities during  when its prime ovulation time

Saliva doesnt necessarily lower sperm count. That's a misconception. It CAN be harmful to sperm, and it's only really a concern if your DH already has sperm quality issues. You really don't have to hold back on the "fun" stuff. If you have been TTC for quite some time though, I guess it wouldn't hurt to stay away from it just in case it's hurting your chances, but if to start off by holding back, I personally think that it would put some strain on the whole TTC process, especially if "foreplay" is something you and DH usually always do.

i'm hoping it doesnt effect my chances this month cause saliva helped me to "convince" DH why he wasnt really too tired! LOL

umm well thats another reason why i'm not going to be doing anything of that nature
me and my sister were talking about that and shes like 'you don't do that' and im like well maybe once or twice a year i do. but not much more!!
