retroverted uterus
i was just going through my records from my old doctor and it says that i have a retroverted (tilted) uterus.
from everything i've read a retroverted uterus can make it difficult to find a heartbeat on a sonogram....
has anyone had experience with this? am i just getting my hopes up for nothing?

reading your other post about D&C and now about tilted uterus, I again suggest waiting for 10 weeks before D&C. I was just reading on line that for women with tilted uterus, it might be problematic to see HB. Good luck!

Yeah but the ultrasound machines can pick up the waves of the HB. Mine showed that it was flatlined. I would think that even if they couldnt see it that they would hear it.
