Does ayone have blood clot?
i am 9w4d today and went to dr to follow up on a small blood clot that showed up on my 7w 2d sono and which has also been causing some spotting since 5w 2d. spotting has seem to stop but my clot actually got a little bigger. Dr assures me that everything should be fine and baby looks great but chance is miscarriage is there, small chance but it is there. I have to take it easy and I am on pelvic rest till its totally gone. I am just bummed out and dont know much about this since I did not have this with my DS. Just hoping to get some input. Thanks Ladies for hearing me out.

Re: Does ayone have blood clot?
is the clot in the placenta?
this can be treated...don't settle for the let it heal itself remedy...my first ob/gyn told me the clot would fix itself and that was at 9 weeks after a massive bleed, well at 29 weeks the clot is still there but b/c i have been treated for it (by another dr) i have had no bleeding...

Re: Does ayone have blood clot?
I have a blood clot in the uterus, close to the cervix. At my 7 week sono it wasnt there and then when i was 7 weeks and 5 days I started to bleed tons of blood. scared the Cr@p out of me.. but thank God things were ok. I was put on house arrest for 3 weeks until the clot could make its say out slowly. Im almost 13 weeks now and I'm still kinda spotting (very little now) when the clot started, it was about 1 1/2 inches and now its down to like 1/4 inch. I am back at work now but on a reduced schedule and Im still not allowed to work out, or
It's worth it since i know its keeping my babies safe but it stinks when ur not used to staying put. But my advise is.. do what the docs say, they know what they are talking about when it comes to something like this. Good Luck!!

Re: Does ayone have blood clot?
i did -- they found it at 5 weeks. at 7 weeks it grew bigger than the gestational sac but by 12 weeks it reabsorbed itself.
i did have some spotting in the begining but that was after i did alot around the house or went walking.
eta: im on asprin and lovenox for unrelated clotting issues so that may have helped clear that clot up quicker than it would have on its own
