Pediatrician assistance
Unfortunately due to health insurance changes we need to change our pediatrician. Does anyone go to Dr. Behzad Talebian in Garden City? Our choices under our new plan are limited but I want to stay local to our house in Uniondale and I don't want to take our daughter to a hospital to see a pediatrician, it's just too scary.

We see Dr. Martoccin in Garden City. He takes almost all insurance I believe.

not mine though, figures. My insurance offers one doctor in Garden City and one in Mineola, but the Mineola one is located at Winthrop and I just don't want to take my daughter to the hospital just to see her pediatrician, too scary and just seems a little extreme. The pediatrician we have now accepts our insurance but not our particular plan, which really sucks. We have been going to him since she was born, she is already scared and to now take her to someone new. The whole thing is just traumatizing. I am so distraut and I don't know what to do.

I use Dr martocci too...and love him
but did you try dr elissa rubin in meineola?? she is good I have seen her when Dr martocci is out...

Who is the ped at Winthrop maybe someone on here goes to them. There are many medical buildings around that hospital are you sure the ped is actually in the hospital?
